Lately I have been thinking about the body and the way God has made it to work. I have been hospitalized twice and for some serious illness. This last one was an infection in my blood. But that is not what I dwell on, but the way God worked to heal me. The Bible states, “Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous-how well I know it.” (Psalm 139:14). This body made by God, automatically went to fighting the infection. God knew I needed His help and He stepped to it. It is the same way with our spiritual life. Sometimes, we try to hide our feelings from Him. But He knows us, and knows when we are struggling. Just as He goes to work on our physical behalf, He does the same. Let Him do His work in your life. Tell Him you are hurting, and let Him put His healing “antibiotic” of Love into that hurt. He loves you fully!!
